As Web Content Producer my creative role was responsible for designing customer-focused solutions: including a responsive website redesign for Microsoft Support Community, mobile & web applications, sales portals and data visualization display applications for Big Board visual interactive display, digital campaigns, promotions, video animations and other user experiences.
Microsoft Support Community Website Redesign
Design and drive conceptual wire-frames, high-fidelity mock ups, various module lockups, interactive prototypes within Sketch, InVision and After Effects. Focus on responsive grid layouts and established client UI patterns and/or modern UI conventions. Align UX design ideas and concepts with styleguides, timelines and budgets including a working knowledge of implementation impacts, internal/external limitations, client priorities and overall technical complexity.
